(On unrelated note, I also rode this thing, and it was interesting)
It occurred to me, when I rode a small elevator with a large pizza box in my hands. Holding it horizontally, I was pressed against elevator’s corner.
This is where I realized that pizza industry is trapped in the stone age, overlooking technological advancements of our time. So, here are a few steps that will change pizza deliveries and thus our lives forever:
1. Pizzas must be redesigned, so they could be rolled and un-rolled like carpets, without damage. That is the hardest part here, it’s actually so difficult I won’t even try to illustrate it with my modest MS Paint skills, but once solved...
2. Pizza boxes will become tubular and long, not rectangular and flat.
3. Since there is already a technology for softly landing a rocket on its ass, we can utilize small reusable ballistic
rockets
missiles for rolled pizza delivery systems.
4. Or, at least, built miniature pizza dedicated hyperloop systems (Too obvious to draw)

It might take a lot of work to get the pizza to roll up without ripping the crust or taking the cheese and toppings off. Alternatively, you could cut it into thin, lengthwise strips and just roll the individual strips together. Or maybe stack them somehow.

Why not halve the pizza and stack it in two boxes? Half as much area would be taken, and doubling the height of a pizza box is like, nothing. Plus, you won’t need to use a whole pizza box to store half a pizza because no you cannot eat a whole pizza in one sitting without me judging you.

If it’s covenient to pack two half-boxes in one ballistic missile, then sure, why not?

We don’t need to roll the pizza; pizza is already cylindrical. It’s just a flat, wide cylinder.
But if we stack pizza, we can make a pizza payload that fits in a rocket.

I have never not eaten an entire pizza in one sitting.

Better idea: use re-entry heat to cook the pizza:

Put each piece in a box.

The cross section of your missile could be smaller for individual pizza delivery.
